Excellent place. Mr. Driver the instructor is very professional and works really well with everyone young and old and also a great mentor for the younger children and younger adults. We have been taking our son their for almost five years now and will continue as long as our son wants to pursue his training. Next Level has helped with teaching our son great morels, values, ethics, integrity, self awareness, self confidence along with self defense and how to conduct his self in a positive manner in situations and around others. I would recommend next level martial arts to anyone for their selves or their children. I can see a huge influence in my sons character sense we began years ago. Definitely a five star place
Our 16 year old has been practicing martial arts at Next Level in Bridgewater for over 6 years now, earned his black belt last fall, and is continuing his studies into the foreseeable future. Mr. Miller is a wonderful instructor, combining encouragement and challenge to nurture the growth and development of his students - both as martial artists and as persons. My son has been taking classes for over 6 years with Mr. Miller at Next Level Martial Arts. We have tried many sports and activities and this is his favorite. He eagerly looks forward to class each week. I can’t say enough about what a wonderful experience it has been. The overall program design is wonderful in letting the students progress and work toward goals. In addition to martial arts, they talk about and apply concepts such as courage, perseverance and gratitude, just to name a few. It’s so nice having these life values I try to teach at home reinforced. Mr. Miller does an amazing job of truly knowing each student and encouraging them to work to the best of their abilities. He keeps the class positive, fun and upbeat. He is wonderful at communicating with parents as well. Next Level Martial Arts offers an excellent program structure and Mr. Miller is an amazing instructor and person. Can’t recommend highly enough!
My son loves going to Next Level! The instructors are top notch and he has learned so much from them. They teach more than just karate. They help the kids learn how to be self disciplined, polite and respectful. My son has had a wonderful experience so far.
Next level Martial Arts has been incredible for our daughter. She loves the Karate part, but most of all the days that she gets to spend with Paula Youngblood in her day and summer camps is truly amazing! She leaves there and is talking non stop all the way home how awesome her day was, to hiking, swimming, crafts, skating and on and on. Her love for Ms. Youngblood and the camps has this Mama’s heart happy to know she is having fun and being taken well cared for and most of all learning to be a good individual.
Next Level has provided a great place for my son to learn and grow. His karate classes over the years have built his self confidence and discipline up and continue to do so. The after school program is wonderful because I always know my son will be picked up from school and has a safe and fun environment to be in while we finish our workdays. We also love their day camps and summer camps because they keep the kids busy and do lots of fun activities and excursions. I love the team at next level and are very grateful for all they do.
My kids have been in karate for four years at Next Level Martial Arts. We’ve worked with three different instructors during our time and admire all of them. They have a unique ability to blend instruction with fun and hold students to a high level of accountability for behavior without embarrassing anyone
Next Level is so much fun that I joined my kids about a year into their journey and enjoy that we can make this a shared family experience. I think children see adults as already being good at everything, so I really like that my kids get to see me struggle to grasp new techniques and work through adversity. My daughter has been with NLMA since she was 3, she’s almost 8 now. She highly enjoys going to karate class every week and is always looking forward to seeing Mrs. Youngblood at school pick up every afternoon for after school care. We can’t say enough good things about what our daughter has learned over the last five years here and we can’t wait to see how she continues to grow and mature with the tools that the gets to learn at NLMA!
NLMA are very organized with great teachers and programs, our daughter is learning so much both physical and mental and enjoying her lessons after almost two years there. They even offer child-care for the school holidays and after-school and fun evening events, so it's very supportive of the community in different ways.
Enrolling my son in this karate school has been a fantastic decision. Not only does he receive physical education, but the emphasis on character building sets this place apart. The instructors are not just skilled in martial arts but also in nurturing values like discipline and respect. Highly recommend!
Next Level instructors have really helped our son grow. He has developed his martial arts skills, but is also more disciplined, focused and works towards his goals. I think the skills he learns here are transferrable to school and life. We are really pleased that our son is so dedicated to karate. He has also made some great friends. The instructors really make it a nice experience.

I signed my twin seven year old boys up for their first karate class in late September. Almost immediately, both their teachers and I noticed dramatic improvements in their behavior. Prior to karate, they couldn't focus on tasks and often got in trouble for impulsively acting out. There was a dramatic improvement right away, and I still continue to see improvements with focus, week after week (now just over 4 months in). The focus and respect that they have learned has really allowed our family to spend more time enjoying each other and less time focusing on behavior correction. I can't thank the Brian Mayes team enough!!
For the last month, I've been taking the adult kickboxing class here. It's really fun, motivating, and I can already see a change in how my clothes fit me. I leave each class feeling (sweaty and) great. I was hesitant about signing up for a 3x/week class, but I find myself wanting to go each time. I can't say I feel the same way about my home gym equipment. These instructors keep me moving and keep me wanting more. I love it.
The kickboxing classes are always fun and energetic; great for ALL skill levels!

I started BMK kickboxing almost a year ago and a daily workout here has become integral to starting my busy days off right!
I have absolutely loved the kickboxing classes! I am totally new to kickboxing and have found the workouts to be engaging, challenging, and fun! The instructors are friendly and love helping you understand technique. A huge bonus is that just after 12 weeks I've noticed lots of improvement in my fitness level, as well as more muscle tone and a trimmer waistline. Hello abs, here we come :) Thanks Kerri, Edith, Megan and Melanie for the awesome workouts!
